Here are the additional COVID-19 requirements that are mandatory for entry into Tanzania. Effectively as of May 4th 2021.
Negative PCR
All travellers are required to present a negative PCR test taken 72 hours prior to arrival in Tanzania.
Unique Health Code
An online traveller's health surveillance form must be completed by all travellers within 24 hours of arrival in Tanzania. Upon submission, you will receive a notification containing a Unique Health Code (UHC), which is to be presented on arrival to Tanzania. Link to Form
Rapid Flow Test
All travellers are required to undergo a rapid flow test on arrival in Tanzania. The test costs $25 per person and is payable in cash only. The exact amount is required.
